안녕하세요. 동생과 지낼 예정이라 서브리스를 내놓게 되었습니다.
이번 봄 쿼터 끝나고 나서 이사할 예정이라 (6월 중순) 그 후 부터 서브리스로 들어오시면 됩니다.
이미 renew는 일찍 해놓은 상태라 지금 새로운 contract를 사인하시는 것 보다 쌉니다.
UC Davis 바로 옆에 있는 West Village 입니다.
아파트 complex 자체가 학교 소유여서 데이비스에 있는 아파트 중에서 제일 좋습니다.
2층에 있는 3x3 Ramble 아파트 입니다.
각자 private room과 private bathroom이 있고 furnished 여서 방에 침대, 책상, 의자, 옷장도 포함되어있습니다.
화장실 안에 walk-in closet도 있고, 다른 아파트와는 다르게 washer와 dryer가 아파트 unit 안에 위치해 있습니다.
아파트 단지 내에 있는 clubhouse, pool, 24 hr gym, 24 hr study room, 영화관, BBQ 등 친구들과 socialize 할 수 있는 공간이 충분하고, 현재 dog park 도 만들고 있습니다.
Pet-friendly 아파트 입니다. 현재 아파트 unit 내에는 pet이 없습니다.
자전거로 학교까지 10분 내외 거리이고, 버스를 타면 5분 거리입니다.
Unitrans - V line이 다니고, 아파트 바로 앞 도보 1분 거리에 버스 정류장이 있습니다.
렌트비는 2018년 8월까지는 1010불이고 (980+유틸리티30) 2018-19부터는 1077불 (1045+32)입니다.
렌트비 안에 모든 유틸리티가 포함이어서 물, 전기, 가스, AC, 인터넷 등 무제한으로 쓸 수 있습니다.
이사 날짜에 따라 렌트비 조정 가능합니다.
3x3 이다보니 2명의 다른 여학생들과 부엌과 거실을 share합니다.
두 명 다 morning people이라 일찍 자고, friendly 하고, 조용해서 집에서 공부하기도 좋습니다.
또 짐이 많지 않아서 오셨을 때 냉장고나 서랍 등 분배하기 수월 할 것입니다.

I am going to live with my brother for next year, so I am looking for a female to take over my room in June or July 2018. I already renewed, so the fee for next year is cheap compared to signing new-lease.

- Access to Solstice and Main WV clubhouse, gym, study rooms, movie theater, gaming room, yoga/dance, BBQ, pool, etc.
- the room is quiet because the room is located inside of the complex, you don't hear sound from roads.
- pet-friendly, but one of the housemates is scared of dogs.
You will share the living room and the kitchen with 2 girls.
They are both morning people, quiet, friendly, and keep themselves.
They also do not have a lot of stuff, so you will have plenty of space to put yours!
